About Jaydn
Jaydn McCune, LCSW and founder of From Here to There Consulting brings over 35 years of experience working with people to inspire positive change within mental health, education, organizations and community sectors large and small. She works with individuals, teams and organizations to design unique paths towards preferred futures. Jaydn is certified in area of Solution Focused methodology and is a Certified Trainer in Restorative Justice Education.
Jaydn lives on a sweet little waterfall near Ithaca, New York and is inspired by the beauty of nature every day. She loves spending time with her family and her sweet dog, Rica. Jaydn is a member of Ephemera, a vocal improvisation group, and is often brings creativity into her consulting work. She is the co-author of the book "Girls to Women, Women to Girls" and is currently working on a project that explores the power of intuition in our daily lives.

Reflective Supervision Training and Coaching
With 20 years of Reflective Supervision Experience, I love empowering supervisors to embrace a self-reflective approach as they help their supervisees be the best they can be in their roles. I have developed an online training on the "Art of Reflective Supervision" with financial support from the NYS Office of Mental Health and the Mental Health Rearch Foundation.
